Shipping policy

At KIK, we aim to ship your order within 48 hours of purchase, subject to payment authorization and stock availability. 

Shipping Information

  • Delivery Times: We aim to ensure your order arrives on time; however, please be aware of any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or disruptions to postal services and airlines.

Insurance and Responsibility

We insure each purchase during its transit until it reaches you. All parcels are sent via a trackable service which upon delivery, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over £150. For orders below £150, the shipping rates are as follows:

United Kingdom (UK):

  • Standard Delivery: £5.50 (2-4 working days)
  • Express Delivery: £7 (1-3 working days)

Europe:

  • Standard Delivery: £15.00 (5-7 working days)

North America:

  • Standard Delivery: £25.00 (up to 7 working days)

Rest of the World:

  • Standard Delivery: £35.00 (up to 7 working days)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • UK Deliveries: There are no additional duties or taxes for orders delivered within the UK.
  • EU and International Deliveries: Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not covered by KIK and are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of duties and taxes depends on the destination country and the value of the goods. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer, and KIK has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the United Kingdom.

Returning Goods on Which Duty Has Been Paid

If you have paid import duties for goods received and choose to return them to us, you may be eligible for a refund of those duties from your local customs authority. To claim a refund, you will need to provide proof of duty paid and proof of export (such as a certificate of posting). Please contact your local customs authority for more information on this process.
